After many ‘discussions’ over how to make the best all-around Lasagna, we settled on my recipe. I can’t make it as good as Sharon, however, so she’s the one in charge of ‘implementation’. Only the best ingredients are used and every pan of Lasagna is made by Sharon personally. Allow Lasagna to sit in bag and thaw on counter for approx. 20 minutes. After removing Lasagna from bag, tent with foil and cook in preheated oven at 350º for approximately 1hr & 20 minutes. Remove foil and finish for 5 minutes. Sprinkle on the seasoning pack (included) and let rest 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into 3 x 4 pattern for 12 perfect sized servings. Cut 3 x 3 for larger servings. Our almost famous Hand Rolled Meatballs cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are available and go very well on the side of a plate of Lasagna and covered with our Classic Red Sauce. They are great on your spaghetti with our sauce, too! Each Meatball is approximately 4 ounces and include Fresh Ground Chuck, Garlic, Parsley, Eggs, Milk, Our Bread Crumbs, and some other spices and herbs you’ll love. Don’t forget to order your favorite Sauce; Classic Red or Meat. Two Quarts of sauce will be enough for one pan of Lasagna and a couple of orders of Spaghetti & Meatballs. All items must be heated to at least 165º prior to serving. Don’t worry, Sharon makes the Sauces and Meatballs as well! |
