Welcome   All of these products are available for the Christmas Season.  ORDER EARLY!

As you know, we’re not shy about our kitchen and welcome those with a question, comment or just a desire to watch.  ciboTogo is a new concept for us.  These ‘to go’ items are made using the same ingredients and techniques we use while you watch us on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights in the restaurant.  Many of you have asked, and some demanded, that we open another ciboVino in Dallas, Sulphur Springs, Longview, Mt. Pleasant, etc.  That would be impossible at this time so we thought a few of your favorites prepared and chilled or frozen, then commercially vacuum sealed for you to heat and serve at home would suffice for now.

All items will be made available on Friday and Saturday starting at 4:00 pm based on orders received that week by Tuesday Noon. You may order anytime via phone (903) 342 0028, email rick@cibo.us or in person at the restaurant on nights we're open. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is received. You may order as little or as much as you like as long as these simple requests are heeded.  We obtain our fresh meats, vegetables, cheeses, spices and herbs on trips to Dallas on Tuesdays and need to know quantities long before the weekend arrives.

Now, if you need a ciboVino ‘fix’ on a day we’re not open you can walk to your refrigerator and quickly have a great meal ready for yourself, your family or the entire block.
