          Barbeque

Believe it or not, we make some great barbeque.  Italy and Texas have several things in common you may not realize; they both have 5 letters in their names, they both are known for a specific type of food (Italian and Barbeque, respectively), and they are both represented well here at ciboVino! 

Not much explanation needed here in Texas for each of these items.  Everything can be heated in the normal ways (microwave, oven, skillet) but the easiest way is to leave whatever you’re heating sealed in the bag, let it come to room temp and heat in the bag in a casserole dish or deep pot with simmering water for about 10 minutes, remove from bag and commence eating.  The Ribs work great by letting them come to room temp in bag then discarding bag and grilling for about 3 minutes on your favorite grille.  No need for charcoal, hickory chips, etc. because immediately after we cook this barbeque, it is placed in the bags hot & fresh from the pit, vacuum sealed to remove almost all oxygen, quick chilled and held in the ‘frig’ for you to pick up.  All the taste is there. No additional work needed.  Some napkins, bread and your favorite beverage would be helpful.
