PRIME FRIDAY NIGHT - We will be serving our almost famous Prime Rib, pit cooked over East Texas Pecan, on Friday nights until it's gone.  King or Queen cuts available.

SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL  - Our extraordinary, straight from Chicago, 14-16 oz Veal Rib Chop hand cut, lightly seasoned and cooked over Oak and Pecan. Prepared while you watch.  Served with Brocollini and Red Skin Potatoes.  See photos for more info.
